WEBSITE SERVICES AGREEMENT

Website Services Agreement

1. CLIENT INFORMATION

2. SERVICE PLAN

Client is enrolling in the Vista Web Co. website service plan selected prior to accessing this agreement. The selected plan determines the monthly service fee, included features, and total 12-month commitment.

Selected Plan: Vista Essential
Monthly Service Fee: $50/month
Service Term: 12 months
Total 12-Month Commitment: $600

3. INCLUDED SERVICES

Vista Web Co. will provide the website services and features included in the Client’s selected service plan. Features vary by plan and are described on the Vista Web Co. service plan page at the time of enrollment.


4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to provide Vista Web Co. with accurate and timely information, content, menu details, pricing, business hours, contact information, photographs, logos, and other materials reasonably required to create and maintain the website. The Client is responsible for reviewing submitted information and notifying Vista Web Co. of necessary corrections or changes.

5. WEBSITE CONTENT & CLIENT MATERIALS

The Client represents that they have the right to use any text, photographs, logos, trademarks, menu information, or other materials supplied to Vista Web Co. The Client remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials they provide.

6. REVISIONS & UPDATES

Website revisions, updates, and ongoing maintenance are limited to the services included in the Client’s selected plan. Requests outside the scope of the selected plan may require an additional fee or plan upgrade.

7. PAYMENT & FOUNDING CLIENT PLAN

For qualifying Founding Clients, Vista Web Co.’s standard $500 website implementation fee is waived. The Client will instead pay the monthly service fee associated with the selected plan. The Founding Client offer is structured as a 12-month service plan. Monthly payments will be processed according to the billing arrangement established at enrollment. After the initial 12-month service term, service will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis at the applicable monthly service rate unless either party provides at least 30 days’ written notice of cancellation.

8. CANCELLATION

For Founding Clients receiving the waived $500 implementation fee, Vista Web Co. will retain ownership of the website until the Client either completes six months of paid service or pays the reduced $300 implementation fee required for cancellation during the first six months. Once either condition has been satisfied and all outstanding charges have been paid, ownership of the transferable website design and content will pass to the Client. Vista Web Co. will continue to provide hosting, maintenance, and updates while the Client’s monthly service remains active.

9. WEBSITE OWNERSHIP & SERVICE ACCESS

For Founding Clients receiving the waived $500 implementation fee, Vista Web Co. retains ownership of the website during the first 12 months of service. Upon successful completion of 12 months of paid service, ownership of the website will transfer to the Client without an additional website purchase fee. The Client may continue using Vista Web Co. for hosting, maintenance, updates, and other ongoing services after ownership transfers.


A domain name that was already owned by the Client remains the Client’s property. Any domain purchased or provided by Vista Web Co. will be handled according to the applicable domain registration or transfer arrangement.


Website ownership does not include ownership of third-party software, fonts, stock assets, licensed materials, platform technology, or other third-party intellectual property that cannot legally be transferred.

10. LIMITATION OF SERVICES

Vista Web Co. provides website design and related digital services. While these services are intended to support the Client’s online presence, Vista Web Co. does not guarantee specific increases in sales, revenue, search-engine rankings, customer traffic, or other business results.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT

By signing or accepting this agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read and agree to the terms of the Website Services Agreement.
